Prayer Ministries

Helping children, youth and adults grow in their relationship to God is an integral part of the ministry of First Christian Church.  Often our lives are so cluttered and messy that we are unable to stop and know that God is present. 

Each week a Prayer Group meets to share new, as well as ongoing, prayer concerns.  Members of the group then take an updatedd prayer list home with them to use as a guide in their daily prayer time.  The group meets each Monday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.  All are welcome. 

First Christian Church also has a Prayer Chain, which is activated when an emergency situation arises in the church, in the lives of church members, their families and friends, as well as in the community/nation.  If you have prayer concerns, please feel free to call the church office and those concerns will be shared with our prayer ministries.
