In a changing world, the way we connect and interact evolves over time. We want to make sure we are reaching our congregation and community in the best possible ways, and we want to make sure we have the correct, up-to-date contact information in order to do so. We ask visitors and members alike to help us update our directory utilizing the Breeze program we have implemented over the course of the pandemic. Please fill out the form below for yourself and each member of your household. We will then be able to connect your information with your name in our system and complete the update. You have the ability to upload a photo of yourself as well, so that our volunteers doing contact tracing check-in are better able to identify individuals.
