Guidelines
- Review of Stations and Supplies
- Door Holder—Sign will be in front of the unopened door. Ask the door holder to stand behind the door when they hold it to protect themselves and others.
- Check In- Move it to end of couch. This gives you 11 bubbles inside before the check-in station. This is important as we move into fall and winter.
- Door into atrium to guide people into the Narthex area. If we are short on volunteers, this position may be able to combine with the first person in Narthex.
- Narthex—3 preferred, 2 minimum—Remind people that they need to move on up. Be ready to ask folks to stick with us as we try to keep people safe.
- Sanctuary Seating Coordinator to lead seating of worshipers.
- Exit through the atrium if it’s not raining or horribly cold. In poor weather, exit through loggia.
- Supplies—hand sanitizer—have two contactless hand sanitizer—one on the credenza and one at check-in station—Get something to put under the contactless sanitizers to catch the soap. Masks will be put in drawer close to entrance and will made available if someone forgets their mask. Pump hand sanitizers will be put away—that includes in the bathrooms and loggia.
- Volunteers—7 are needed. It is recommended that one member of the HSAT be the Safety Leader each Sunday. This will be in addition to the other volunteers. Joe Rice will be asked to coordinate the volunteer lists. Steve will work with Joe identify certain members to volunteer as Sanctuary Seating Coordinators.
- Recommendations if there is a surge
- If the Governor announces a state positivity rate >5% on Friday night, we will not hold live worship service on Sunday.
- It is also recommended that the “School System Map” be taken into consideration when making the decision about holding live worship.
- If the state positivity rate is < 5% and Madison County is in a red zone on Friday night, do not hold live worship.
- If the state positivity rate is >5% and Madison County is in the green zone hold live worship.
