Community Group, Business, or Individual
Entry Category*
Choose the category you wish to enter your pumpkin in. If your business or family will be entering more than one entry, this entire form must be completed for each to be entered. Prizes will be awarded for children, teens, business, and adult groups
Agreement*
I agree to follow the guidelines set in place. I understand that my submission, if in violation of the standards set, or at the discretion of our staff, may not be put on display and/or disqualified.
* No Nudity, profanity, vulgar or obscene messages
* No political ads or statements, controversial, racist, inappropriate or discriminatory images or text.
* Submissions must be dropped off no later than 3 pm on Friday, October 30th, and the info card that will be provided filled out and placed with the pumpkin.
* Submissions must be picked up no later than 8:30 pm from the back of the church, if they aren’t picked up by 7pm Saturday, October 31st, they will be donated to a local farm.
